Hi, my name is Flo and I’m from Mannheim/Germany. I currently live in Mexico City and enjoy the openness and joie de vivre of the Latin Americans.
My passion and at the same time my job is to make conditions and processes more efficientby improving them, whereby the focus is always on “people and customers”. This is where my creativity and my passion in mediadesign come in handy to visualize things in an advantageous way or to present them in a simplified way using median. For this reason, I decided to become self-employed on a part-time basis under the name flokedesign. Here in Mexico I work with a team of young, talented colleagues to be able to offer our customers a very good price/performance ratio. Our values are always: customer focus, transparency & communication, and our passion.

In the field of video editing, we already implement most of the projects. For example, we implement most of the projects in this area for an international pot manufacturer:

Product videos for online sales by an international wine distributor and Amazon sellers, online coaching by a personal fitness trainer, compilations of wedding photos serve as further references.
3D images are currently very trendy so that you can view your product in a 360-degree view. These ensure higher sales. We offer you the 3D design & rendering of your products. We can also offer you clip art, e.g. for product drawings and explanations or modern flyer designs. For this we have a 3D designer and two creative clipart artists in our team.

This is where I bring by far the most experience. As a Sixsigma GreenBelt, ScrumMaster and Lean Expert and several years of experience in the field of business process and operational excellence in the pharmaceutical industry, I offer my knowledge as a consultant.
My experiences range from implementing the lean basics like 5S, performance dialogues and training for problem solving or building systems for continuous improvement. Up to complex value stream analysis (classic as well as WSA 4.0) or loss analyzes to identify waste and potential for (OEE) performance optimization.
You have an important project but not enough or not the right trained resources and need support. It doesn’t matter whether it’s a classic or agile project, let me know and we’ll find a way to support you.
My project experience ranges from classic implementation projects and Lean Six Sigma projects to the development of innovative ideas using agile methods such as DesignThinking and their implementation using the SCRUM approach.
